Elite Boxing, Inc. is a non-profit organization which promotes boxing as a sport.
Our Mission Statement:
To promote unity and brotherhood through the sport of boxing and competition in boxing and to utilize boxing as guidance for educational success thereby enhancing the quality of life of the participants.
To help inner-city youth learn the importance of decision making, attain high self-esteem and self-respect, responsibility to family and community, develop discipline and promote camaraderie amongst their peers by participating in the sport of boxing.
To provide academic and counseling support to all participants to enhance their academic success and to assist them in cultivating and maintaining positive and constructive social and personal relationships.
Our Beginnings:
Elite Boxing, Inc was begun in October 2003
It was started by two friends and now partners:
Robert Griffin and Willie Moses in the city of Newark, NJ
